Report a problem from the game
Open the game and press the flag button (“Report a problem”) in the bar under it; on a narrow screen it may sit in the “More” (⋯) menu. Pick what went wrong: it won’t load, the controls don’t work, it’s too laggy, or something else.
The report carries no personal details, just the game, its version and your choice, so we cannot reply to it. If you would like an answer, send an email as well.
What to put in your email
A few details help us find the problem quickly:
- The name of the game, or a link to its page
- Your device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”
- What you did and what happened, with a screenshot if you can
Privacy questions
ZotaGame has no accounts, and its play statistics hold no names or email addresses. The Privacy page lists exactly what is kept on your device and on our servers.
