Bridge Breaker
Time a tiny car across bridges that tilt, swing, slide and crumble under its wheels. Twenty levels, two pedals, no steering and no jump key.
What is Bridge Breaker?
Bridge Breaker is a side-view physics driving game where you get a small car across canyon bridges that refuse to sit still. All you have is gas and brake: seesaws tip up to 12 degrees, a rotor span swings 22 degrees each way, and cracking planks give way less than a second after your wheels land on them. Each of the 20 levels is a short timing puzzle, and test runs cleared the first five in 4 to 18 seconds, so the next attempt is always just a press of R away.

How to play Bridge Breaker
Goal: Roll past the finish gate with the car on its wheels and at least one tyre on the ground, before a bridge drops you into the canyon.
- Hold gas (D, W, → or ↑) to roll forward; the car hits 8 m/s in under a second, so short taps are often enough.
- Brake (A, S, ← or ↓) to stop before a moving bridge, and keep holding it to back up for a longer run-up.
- Watch the bridge's rhythm before you commit: seesaws, rotors, sliders and lifts all repeat on a cycle of a few seconds.
- Clear gaps by hitting a ramp at speed; there is no jump key, so the car flies only as far as its momentum carries it.
- In the air, hold gas to lift the nose or brake to dip it, then touch down level and cruise through the gate.
Controls
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| DW→↑ | Gas; in the air, lift the nose |
| AS←↓ | Brake, hold to reverse; in the air, dip the nose |
| R | Restart the level |
| PEsc | Pause |
| Touch / mouse | Hold GAS on the right or BRAKE on the left |
Tips & tricks
- On level 3, never stop on the red, trembling planks: the last one drops 0.75 s after first contact, so park before them or cross in one go.
- On The Rotator (level 4), wait about 2 m before the bridge and set off just as its near end starts coming down from the top; flooring it from the start fails.
- Flying nose-high off a ramp? Tap brake mid-air: holding it tips the car about 18 degrees in half a second, enough to land on both wheels.
- On level 5, the 7.8 m solid deck right after the cracking planks is a safe place to stop and wait until the rotor lines up.
- Tilt Master's two seesaws move half a cycle (2.3 s) apart, so pause on the 6 m strip of solid ground between them instead of driving straight through.
- Only your best time per level is saved, so when a crossing goes wrong, press R at once instead of trying to rescue it.
Frequently asked questions
How do the two seesaws on Tilt Master work in Bridge Breaker?
They tilt in opposite rhythm. Both 12 m seesaws swing up to 12 degrees on a 4.6-second cycle, but the second runs 2.3 seconds behind the first. Cross the first one, stop on the 6 m strip of solid ground between them, and roll onto the second only when its near end comes down to meet you.
What happens on the Falling Domino level of Bridge Breaker?
Level 8 lays five 3 m cracking planks in a row, and each gives way faster than the one before: 1.1 s, then 0.95, 0.8, 0.7 and 0.6 s after a wheel touches it. Slowing down halfway sinks the car, so build speed on the start ground and keep the gas held until the last plank is behind you.
Which new bridges appear in the later levels of Bridge Breaker?
Sliding bridges and lifts. Level 11, Moving Target, adds a 12 m deck that slides 3.5 m left and right every 5 seconds, and level 14, Elevator Escape, adds an 8.5 m platform that rises and sinks 1.45 m every 6 seconds. The levels after that mix both with seesaws, rotors and cracking planks.
Can you change the car's angle in the air in Bridge Breaker?
Yes, with the same two pedals. Holding gas while airborne tips the nose up, about 30 degrees in half a second, and holding brake tips it down, about 18 degrees in half a second, because the spinning wheels twist the body. Short presses work best for landing level instead of on the nose.
Does Bridge Breaker keep a score or only a time?
Only a time. Each level shows a clock, how far along the course you are in percent and how many retries you have used. Your best time for every level is saved on the device, lower is better, and there are no points, coins or items to pick up along the way.
What is the final level of Bridge Breaker like?
Level 20, Ultimate Crossing, puts every bridge type into one run: a seesaw, two cracking planks that drop after 0.95 s and 0.75 s, a sliding deck, a lift, a rotor and a closing leap. It opens only after the 19 levels before it are cleared in order.
Does Bridge Breaker fail you for getting stuck?
No. If the car gains less than 0.4 m in 15 seconds, the game simply suggests pressing R or pausing to retry. A run only fails when the car falls 9 m below the road into the canyon or rolls 12 m back behind the start, and even flipping over does not end it by itself.
