Boo Lantern Run 3D
A neon night run for a bat in visor goggles: weave across three lanes, hop broken bridges and turn ghostly just long enough to slip through glowing gates.
What is Boo Lantern Run 3D?
Boo Lantern Run 3D is a three-lane Halloween runner with 12 handmade levels, each a 520 to 960 metre dash from a forest path to a ghost castle portal. You never steer speed, only lanes, jumps and one special power: a 1.6-second ghost form that lets you pass through any barrier but gives up the candy in its way and still drops you into gaps. Since that power needs 5 seconds to recover, each level plays like a timing puzzle you solve at running speed in roughly a minute.

How to play Boo Lantern Run 3D
Goal: Reach the glowing portal at the end of every level with hearts to spare, and sweep up enough candy along the way to earn all 36 stars.
- Choose a level from the map. The Haunted Forest opens first, then the Pumpkin Village and the Ghost Castle unlock one level at a time.
- Wait for Ready and Run!, then steer with A and D, the arrow keys, or a sideways swipe. There are three lanes and the run speeds along on its own.
- Jump with Space, W, the up arrow, an upward swipe or the Jump button. A jump clears logs, low bars and holes in the bridge.
- When a cyan gate blocks your lane, press G, Shift or the Ghost button to phase through it for 1.6 seconds.
- Collect candy, keep your three hearts and cross the portal. The result card shows your stars, score and the candy you missed.

Tips & tricks
- Watch the ring on the Ghost button. When it is full again, 5 seconds after the last shift ended, you are ready for the next gate row.
- Level 4 has one gate you can simply steer around. Save Ghost Shift there and learn its timing on level 5 instead.
- Holes in the bridge cover a single lane, so a quick lane change is often safer than a jump if the next lane is clear.
- Tap jump a moment before you land, up to 0.15 seconds early, and the bat bounces again the instant its feet touch the bridge.
- Lost a heart? Use the 1.2 seconds of blinking that follow to cut across lanes, because nothing can hit you during that time.
Frequently asked questions
What do the cyan arches in Boo Lantern Run 3D do?
They are ghost gates, the one obstacle you cannot jump. At 2.25 metres they stand far above the 1.35 metre jump, so you either change lanes or turn ghostly. From level 5 they come in rows across all three lanes, and then Ghost Shift is the only clean way through.
Which characters can you play in Boo Lantern Run 3D on ZotaGame?
The Neon Bat with lime visor goggles is ready from the start. The Glow Mummy unlocks at 12 stars and the Candle Sprite, a pink candle with a swaying flame, at 25. All three use the same hitbox and the same jump, so picking one is purely about looks.
Why did I fall even though I was a ghost in Boo Lantern Run 3D?
Ghost Shift makes you pass through barriers, not float. A hole in the bridge still catches a ghostly hero, and a single fall ends the level at once. Jump the 3.2 metre hole or move to a lane with ground, and only phase for gates and crates.
How long is each level in Boo Lantern Run 3D?
Level 1 is 520 metres and each level adds 40, up to 960 metres for The Final Portal. With the run speeding up from 8.8 to 11.3 metres per second, a clean finish takes about 59 seconds at the start and roughly 85 seconds at the end.
Does getting hit by a full gate row cost three hearts in Boo Lantern Run 3D?
No. A row of ghost gates that spans all three lanes counts as one bump, so a late Ghost Shift costs one heart, not three. After any bump you blink for 1.2 seconds and cannot be hurt again, which gives you time to recover before the next obstacle.
How is the score worked out in Boo Lantern Run 3D?
Every metre run is worth 1 point, each candy 10 and each heart left at the portal 100, plus 500 for finishing. A perfect level 1 with all 50 candies and three hearts scores 520 + 500 + 300 + 500, which is 1,820 points.
