What is Aurora Courier?

Aurora Courier is a Christmas skill game about steering a reindeer sleigh through a narrow strip of winter sky. Lumi’s lime-trimmed violet sleigh travels forward automatically; your job is managing altitude before the next candy opening arrives. Four six-route chapters introduce ice rotors, moving pillars and vertical wind, while each successful delivery opens another stretch of the journey.

How to play Aurora Courier

Goal: Carry the gift sleigh to the red mailbox on each of 24 routes. Optional bell-stars make a 72-star collection; missing one does not block the next delivery.

  1. Open The journey to see the four winter chapters, or use Let’s fly to continue at your newest unlocked delivery. Each attempt waits for a deliberate hold.
  2. Press and hold Space, W, Up, the sky with the left mouse button, or the bottom flight pad with one finger. Holding raises the sleigh; releasing brings it down.
  3. Look beyond the nearest opening. Momentum takes time to reverse, and the whole sleigh team needs enough room to pass the striped candy pillars.
  4. Give the large pink snowflake rotors a clear berth and collect the gold bell-stars when the approach is safe. Later pillars move and the aurora chapter adds wind.
  5. Reach the snow-capped red mailbox to complete a route. A single collision ends an attempt; Retry repeats its obstacle pattern without a loading screen.

Tips & tricks

  1. For a falling opening, release while the sleigh is still climbing. Waiting until its centre reaches the gap leaves too little room to turn.
  2. The gift sleigh trails the reindeer: keep your line steady until the rear of the team is beyond a candy pillar.
  3. Watch a moving pillar before committing to a long hold. Its cream end cap shows the safe opening clearly against the sky.
  4. A missed bell-star is a reason for a replay, not a reason to risk a good delivery. Clearing the route still unlocks the next one.

Frequently asked questions

Why is Lumi’s sleigh still at the starting line in Aurora Courier?

The route is ready but waiting for your first hold. This gives you time to find the reindeer and read the first opening before forward motion begins. Hold the sky, the flight pad or a flight key to depart. The same deliberate-start rule applies after returning from pause, so a break never resumes into an immediate crash.

Can the rear of the gift sleigh clip a candy pillar in Aurora Courier?

Yes. The collision shape covers a long sleigh team, not just the reindeer’s nose. Hold a steady altitude until the sleigh has cleared the striped column, then set up for the next opening. Changing height too early can put the back of the team into the edge even when the reindeer appears to be safely past it.

How are fastest deliveries recorded in Aurora Courier?

A completed route records its elapsed flight time. A faster completed replay replaces that time, while a failed attempt cannot replace it. The star record is stored separately as the highest count you have collected on that route, so a faster clear with fewer stars does not take away a previous star result.

Do aurora gusts shuffle the Christmas obstacle layout in Aurora Courier?

No. The wind changes vertical acceleration during the fourth chapter, beginning with delivery 19, but every retry uses the same route and timing. Candy pillars and bell-stars stay in their authored positions. Use the movement of the sleigh to read the gust and make a shorter correction instead of expecting a newly randomized course.

What is the difference between tiny snow dots and pink ice rotors in Aurora Courier?

Tiny drifting dots are decorative snowfall. The much larger pink six-armed shapes with gold hubs are obstacles, and you need to fly around their entire circular footprint. Houses and mountains behind the corridor are also scenery. The candy pillars and the marked upper and lower corridor edges remain solid hazards.
